Dear Verena,
Could you please check if it is possible to audit ground operations at the beginning of CARA, Monday 9th, after initial briefing?
We are starting an operation in eastern Asia, from Papua New Guinea, next May 11th and the airplane with all involved personnel will leave Lisbon next Sunday, May 8th.
Unfortunatelly, the person assigned to CARA audit is to respond to Ground OPS (scheduled to May 11th, Wednesday afternoon) is no longer available and we must assign a colleague which will travel to New Guinea. If you could reschedule in a manner that Ground Operations will be audited on Monday 9th, my colleague could, after audit fly to Papua and loose just one day of operation.
Do you think it will be possible?
